Milly Reports

In the Milly reports section, you can view a list of the AI chatbot transactions. You can filter the results based on your preferences and even export them if needed. 

You can find this section by clicking on the AI chatbot menu point on the left, and choosing the Reports option at the bottom of the list. 

Filters

By clicking on the "+" button you will see the available filters.

  • Timestamp: You can filter the AI transactions based on the specific time period you want to review.

  • 2.  You can filter the transactions to see if the conversation was resolved by the AI chatbot or if it was a reply with AI usage.

If you want to, you can export the AI solution transactions by clicking on the Export button in the bottom right corner.
