How can you customize Milly


In the Customize Milly section, you can personalize Milly the AI chatbot to better suit your preferences. This feature allows you to set specific responses for Milly to use in given situations, so it will reply with your pre-set answers instead of the default responses.



  • If you’d like to change the chatbot’s name, you can do so in this section. By default, it’s set to "Milly," but you can customize it to any name you prefer.



  • If the AI chatbot successfully answers a customer inquiry, it will resolve the conversation and send a follow-up message. In this section, you can customize that message to match your preferred style and tone.



  • When the AI chatbot transfers a customer to customer support, it will leave a message about the transition. You can customize this message here.



  • When the AI chatbot is unable to meet a customer's needs or if the customer directly requests customer support, the chatbot will send a message to guide them accordingly.



  • When the AI chatbot detects an error or something goes wrong, it will send you a message detailing the issue, you have the chance to customize the reply here.



  • In these sections, you can customize the messages the AI chatbot will provide when a customer selects the "Report Error" option during a conversation.



  • If you make any changes to the settings, be sure to save your customizations. To do this, scroll down and click the "Save Customization" button.



  • If you ever wish to reset the AI chatbot's default replies, simply click the "Reset Defaults" button.
