Reactions
If you want to see the reactions of your audience to your Knowledge Base articles, you can easily do that.
- First, you have to go to the Knowledge Base menu point on the left, under the Help Desk option.
- Here, select the category you would like to see the articles of by clicking on See articles under the category.
- After this, the list of articles will be displayed in the chosen category.
- Whichever article's reactions you would like to check out, just click on the article title.
- On the right side, you'll see all the information about the chosen article, including the Article Details. Here you can see:
- Views: you can see how many people saw that specific article.
- Reactions: You can see how the users reacted to that specific article. There are three different reactions (Sad, Neutral, and Happy emojis) The reactions are displayed in percentages.
On the live Knowledge Base on your site, you can find the emojis at the bottom of each page.
