What is included in the Contacts Page?
You can view your contacts if you select the Customers menu point on the left menu, and select the Contacts option.
1. At the top of the page, you have 3 different buttons:
- Exporting the contacts in a file
- Importing contacts to SAAS First from a file,
- And adding contacts one by one.
2. You will see the charts at the top of the page representing your current contact data on
- current active contacts,
- active contacts weekly,
- and new contacts daily.
3. Under the charts, you have the advanced filtering option for selecting specific groups to filter, or finding the exact contact you want to find using the search bar. Here, you can enter the name, user ID, or email address of the contact.
4. Under the filtering options, you have your table of contacts. At the top right corner of the table, you can customize which type of data you wish to see in your table.
5. And lastly, you have the option to view the table for 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 contacts on each page, and you can move from one page to the other by entering the number of page you wish to land on, or using the arrows.
