How to Carry Out Bulk Actions with Contacts
In your Customer Module, go to the Contacts option.
Here, you can select the events you want to carry out the action with by ticking the box on the left.
- You can use the advanced filtering and click on Select all,
- Or you can individually select the contacts.
You have the option to:
- Add to Business
- Mark as spam
- Unsubscribe
- Delete
- Start Campaign
Add to Business
Here, you can choose to add the contact to an existing business and select it from your Businesses, or you can create a new business. Here is the guide on how you can create a new business.
Start Campaign
If you click on Start Campaign, you will be directed to the Marketing module, where a chat marketing campaign creation will automatically start for you. Here is the guide on how you can create your marketing campaign.
