How to set Notifications for So your Tasks



To set notification and receive updates about a Task simple go to the page of the concrete Task and subscribe to it by clicking on the ring icon.



From there, you can add yourself and any of your team members who should be alerted whenever an action is performed with the Task in question.

After you have successfully added the relevant members and clicked “Save”, they will begin receiving alerts about updates related to the given ticket.



Once you successfully subscribed to receive notifications about a Task, the ring icon will expand with a checkmark.



Additionally, this action will be added to the Single Subscription section, where you can select the date until which you wish to monitor and receive notifications about the given Task, as well as set the frequency of the alerts you would like to receive. Here you also have the option to visit the exact Task by clicking the icon on the right side of the Task’s title. The date of subscription is also displayed here.
