What is the Sales Pipeline?
A sales pipeline is a visual representation of the steps a prospect goes through during the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. It helps sales teams manage and track potential customers, assess their progress through different stages, and forecast revenue.
You can use the Boards module to create Sales Pipelines as well.
What Can You See on Your Sales Pipeline?
1) First of all, you can see predefined columns for the stages of leads:
- Cold Leads
- In Conversation
- Demo Booked
- Negotiation
- Won Deals
- Lost
2) Within these stages (columns), you can see each lead as a ticket or a To Do with their Name as a title, with additional information, such as:
- The last update made on the lead
- Labels
- Deadline
- Attachments
- Comments
- The person/people assigned to it
You can also filter the leads:
- 3) with the Filter button, with which you can search for any information given in a single lead's ticket,
- 4) by labels,
- 5) by members,
- 6) or search for something in the search bar.
7) You also have the option to add leads manually to the Sales Pipeline by clicking on the +Create Lead button.
8), You can carry out mass actions by clicking on the Mass Actions button, such as assigning leads to members, or moving the leads to a different stage.
9), Finally, you can find the Settings of your Sales Pipeline on the top right corner.
