How You Can Check the History of Your To Dos
If you want to check any updates that were made to your To Dos, you can do that in the History section.
- Open the To Do you want to check the History of.
- At the bottom of the To Do, you'll see the option saying "History."
- Click on the History option. Here, you'll see every update made to the To Do you're viewing.
- To see the full History of the To Do, just scroll down to the very bottom of the To Do History list.
Filtering To Do History Updates
If you are looking for a specific update within a To Do, you can use the Filters to search for it.
Here, you can filter two different types of information:
- Activity type: The specific fields or information you added to the To Do. You can choose from the following options:
- All
- ticket
- name
- description
- text field label
- text field
- checklist
- comment
- column
- reporter
- owner
- tester
- members
- labels
- story points
- deadline
- conversation
- contacts
- rating
- Action type: The movement that happened with the specific activity chosen. You can choose from the following options:
- All
- Create
- Update
- Delete
If you want to clear the filter, just click on the X on the left.
