Overview of Charts

Elements of your Charts

Your Charts section consists of the following elements with their functions respectively:

  1. First of all, you have all your saved charts in the middle. Here, you will see:

    1. Their descriptive names

    2. The time they were last updated

    3. And some other actions (more on this later)

  2. You can easily find a chart if you are searching for a particular one with the help of the Filter by name option on the left.

  3. You can add a new chart to your Charts by clicking on the New Chart button in the top right corner. Once you select this option, you'll be directed to the Queries section, where you can create your new query and chart with your data.

  4. You can also set up how many charts you would like to see on one page in the bottom left corner of your Charts.

  5. You have the pager in the bottom right corner, where you can select if you want to see previous charts and tables-

Actions

On the right of your Charts, you can see that you have three different actions you can carry out with individual charts/tables.

  • If you click on the Edit icon next to chart's name, you'll open the details of the chart and edit how you would like it to look like, the update settings, and the dashboards it is added to.

  • By clicking on the Delete icon, you will remove the chart/table from your saved Charts and you won't find them here anymore, however, you will be able to access them from the Report History.

  • If you click on the Add to Dashboard icon, you'll have to select of you want to add a table or chart, and the specific dashboard(s) you wish to add your chart/table to. Once ready, click on Save, and the chart/tabel will be added to the chosen dashboard(s).
