Registration Process
Setting up a SAAS First account is simple and quick. To get started, visit our registration page at https://app.saasfirst.com/register. Here, you'll be asked to provide basic information: your first name, email address, and password.
First-Time Login and Workspace Creation
You'll be asked to name your first workspace upon your first login. Each workspace represents a different business. You need to add your workspace name and the domain of your website.
We recommend using the name of your business as it is known to your customers, as this name will be displayed to them.
Your business's domain name is important as you can only install our chat on websites hosted on this domain or its subdomains. Similarly, you can only add incoming and outgoing email addresses from this domain.
Selecting Your Plan
Once your workspace is set up, the final step is selecting your subscription plan.
By default, you are enrolled our Startup plan and you can start using the services available in the free plan.
Alternatively, you can choose between our Growing Business and Advanced Business plans, both of which come with a 15-day free trial. This allows you to test out the plan and ensure it meets your business needs before committing to a full subscription.
